If you’re missing a document, let us know before your appointment. We may be able to find an alternative solution or let you know if a substitute document is acceptable.
All documents need to be clear and printed. If you don’t have a printer, we can print them for you—just email us the documents in PDF format ahead of your appointment. This helps us comply with bank requirements and improves your chances of approval.
